Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has appointed Oladele Bankole-Balogun as the Executive Chairman of the Edo State Board of Internal Revenue. Bankole-Balogun, an Igarra native from Akoko-Edo, holds degrees from the University of Ibadan and the University of London. His professional background includes roles at Cadbury Nigeria Plc and Pfizer UK, as well as serving as a Federal Commissioner for the Public Complaints Commission representing Edo State.
The governor also appointed Deacon Idiake Patrick Akhimien (Edo Central), Hon. Mike Ohio Ezomo (Edo North), and Hon. Engr. Jackson Eribo (Edo South) as Executive Directors of the board. These appointments reflect Okpebholo’s commitment to enhancing the state’s revenue generation and economic development.
