MultiChoice, the parent company of DStv and GOtv, has announced another price increase on all its subscription packages, set to take effect from March 1, 2025.
In a statement to customers on Monday, the company justified the hike, citing rising operational costs, currency depreciation, and inflation in Nigeria.
New DStv and GOtv Subscription Rates
According to the new pricing structure:
- DStv Compact will increase from ₦15,700 to ₦19,000
- Compact Plus will now cost ₦30,000
- Premium package jumps to ₦44,500
For GOtv users:

Why the Price Hike?

This marks yet another increase within a year, sparking concerns among subscribers already burdened by the rising cost of living.
