APC Suspends Kebbi Gov’s Adviser Over Alleged Intimidation with Snake
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has suspended Alhaji Kabir Sani-Giant, Special Adviser to Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris on Power and Politics, over a bizarre incident involving a snake.
According to a statement released by APC’s Kebbi State Secretary, Alhaji Sa’idu Muhammad-Kimba, the suspension took immediate effect following allegations that Sani-Giant brought a snake into the Government House on February 8, 2025.
The act reportedly caused panic among dignitaries, officials, and statesmen.
Muhammad-Kimba described the incident as embarrassing and a violation of the APC constitution, stating that such behavior could discredit the party.
Possible Expulsion Looms
The statement emphasized that Sani-Giant’s suspension would remain in place pending further investigation.
If found guilty of misconduct, he could face additional disciplinary actions, including expulsion from the party.
