Natasha Akpoti to Akpabio’s Wife: Let Your Husband Defend Himself

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has urged Ekaette Akpabio, wife of Senate President Godswill Akpabio, to allow her husband to personally address the allegations of harassment leveled against him.

In a letter, Akpoti-Uduaghan asserted that she had endured prolonged harassment from the Senate President but was now compelled to speak out.

She emphasized that she possessed concrete evidence to support her claims and warned Mrs. Akpabio against intervening in the matter.

“Our client has tolerated all the harassment from the Senate President but was constrained to reveal the unfortunate torture and victimization she has been experiencing in the red chambers,” the letter stated.

She further advised Ekaette Akpabio to maintain her peace and allow her husband to defend himself, adding that the matter should be handled transparently.

“Our client remains resolute in defending Nigerian women and upholding family values,” Akpoti-Uduaghan reaffirmed.

The controversy continues to unfold, with growing calls for an open investigation into the allegations.
