DSS Arrests Suspected Terrorists in Osun
Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has applauded the Department of State Services (DSS) for their swift and intelligence-driven operation that led to the arrest of suspected Boko Haram and ISWAP members in Ilesa.
In a statement released by his spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, the governor described the development as a “significant relief” for the state and commended the security agency for its dedication to ensuring public safety.
Strengthening Osun’s Security Network
Governor Adeleke reassured residents of his administration’s ongoing support for security agencies, emphasizing his priority to protect lives and property. He called for collaboration between citizens and security operatives to prevent future threats.
“This is a testament to the effectiveness of our security forces. I will continue to prioritize security and maintain the partnership between my administration and all security agencies,” Adeleke stated.

Governor Adeleke urged residents to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities in their neighborhoods to the appropriate authorities. “Together, we can sustain peace in Osun and ensure a safer Nigeria,” he added.
