EFCC Summons Subomi and Wahab Okoya Over Alleged Naira Misuse

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has summoned Subomi and Wahab Okoya, sons of renowned billionaire industrialist Razaq Okoya, for interrogation over alleged abuse of the naira.

A notice issued by Michael Wetkas, the Acting Director of the Lagos Directorate of the EFCC, stated that the brothers are required to appear before the head of the Special Operations Team.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at the EFCC office located at 15A Awolowo Road, Lagos, at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025.
