Christmas Day in Gombe State turned somber as a festive gathering was struck by tragedy when a bus lost control and rammed into a crowd of celebrants. The unfortunate incident, which occurred in the Sabon Layi area of Gombe metropolis, left 22 people injured, dampening the holiday spirit in the region.
